Use

Add {{heart}} to an item to bring editors' attention; it lists item in Category:love me.

Put it on Talk pages or on Article pages at beginning of whatever part needs some loving attention. On an Article page, it might mean than you plan to come back later, or next time, to work on this more but if someone else gets to it first, that is okay too. On a talk page, it could seek comments or answers.

Optional: add hover text like this: {{heart|add hover text note in here}} . Hover text appears when someone hovers cursor over heart. Default hover text if you do not add include any is "Click me to find pages seeking editors' love and attention".

Or use a sticky instead: {{sticky|add your note in here}}.

Category:Love me lists all pages with a heart or sticky on them.

Of course the wiki way is to edit pages to make them right, but it is also okay to note pages with {{heart}} or {{sticky}} if you see something but don't have time right then to fix it.

Please remove the {{heart}} or {{sticky}} when you have sufficiently attend to the matter addressed in it that it is completed.
